Bullet BlenderTM是一款新颖、快速、高通量、高稳定性的组织细胞破碎仪。使用的试管击打技术,转头以每分钟几千次的频率击打试管,使样品在试管内产生剧烈的振动,从而达到有效的混合。在样品中加入不同规格的高耐磨性研磨珠,可对细胞或组织样品进行彻底的破碎和均质,提取样品中的核酸、蛋白、亚细胞结构或其它有机成分。避免了手工研磨、机械匀浆、超声波处理等传统方法费时、费力、效率低、效果差、重现性差和易交叉污染等缺点。同时由于其创新的设计,也成为了世界上性价比最高的大通量组织细胞破碎仪。
Bullet BlenderTM的用途
用于提取细菌、酵母、真菌、孢子、动物植物器官组织、小型动物和土壤等样品中的DNA、RNA、蛋白质、亚细胞结构或其它有机成分;对液体、半固体和固体样品进行快速的混合和均质。从培养的细胞到坚硬的动植物组织都可以处理。
Bullet BlenderTM可选的型号
- Bullet Blender,使用1.5ml离心管,可同时处理24个样品,单个样品量最大为0.3克,不带风冷功能
- Bullet Blender Blue,使用1.5ml离心管,可同时处理24个样品,单个样品量最大为0.3克,带风冷功能
- Bullet Blender Blue 5,使用5ml离心管,可同时处理12个样品,单个样品量最大为1.0克,带风冷功能
- Bullet Blender Blue 50,使用50ml离心管,可同时处理9个样品,单个样品量最大为3.0克,带风冷功能
Bullet BlenderTM的特点
- 四种型号分别可容纳24个1.5mL或2mL微量离心管、12个5mL离心管(Blue 5型)和9个50mL离心管(Blue 50型)
- 高通量样品处理能力,单次处理时间一般不超过3分钟,大大提高了实验室的工作效率
- 非接触式样品处理方式,整个过程中样品都保持密封,无交叉污染发生
- 24V直流马达,产热量小,除转头外,无其它活动部件,使用寿命更长
- 具有强制风冷功能,降低仪器和样品的热累积,最大限度的避免核酸、蛋白质等生物活性物质因高温而降解
- 紧凑的设计,20cm (直径)×19cm(高),只需电源即可在实验室任何一个地方使用
- 处理时间1到5分钟和3到15分钟(Blue 50型)可调,或直接按启动键可进行短时间处理
- 转头速度从低速漩涡混合到高速剧烈振动10档可选
- 不需要特殊样品管,推荐使用Axygen、Eppendorf或Corning的1.5mL、2mL微量离心管和5mL离心管,BD falcon的50mL离心管,大大降低使用成本
- 可放置于4℃到60℃的环境中运行
- 提供各种尺寸和材质的研磨珠,满足处理不同样品的需要,每个样品成本不超过¥1.5元(1.5或2mL微量离心管+研磨珠)
- 对于用户的特殊样品,提供有针对性的实验方案
Bullet BlenderTM的操作流程
将样品、研磨珠和缓冲液按一定比例依次加入离心管,然后将离心管放入Bullet Blender,设置好处理时间和速度,按启动键即可。处理后的样品只需经简单的静置或低速离心就可以将研磨珠和样品分离。不同批次样品之间无需对仪器进行清洁。
