1、镀金纯银样品槽,耐腐蚀抗氧化,升温速率8℃/s,平均升温速率7℃/s,降温速率5.5℃/s,平均降温速率4.5℃/s;
2、采用先进智能的RAC(Ramping-Accuracy-Control)电子温控技术,在提高PCR反应速度的同时还提高了PCR反应的稳定性;
3、采用PT100传感器,配合电子元件能为PCR仪带来±0.1 ℃的温度准确性,温度准确性带来的温度均一性±0.15℃。此外,样品槽实际温度与设定温度相比,没有温度过冲或下冲的现象,可为用户提供稳定可靠的PCR扩增结果;
4、温度梯度功能:最大温度跨度40℃,可设12列不同温度,能实现线性温度梯度和随机温度梯度两种方式;
5、快速的模块更换(Quick Block Exchange,QBE)技术,用户可在几秒钟内完成样品模块的更换,不需要任何额外的工具。仪器会自动识别样品模块的类型,并提供相应的功能;
6、具有先进的用户管理系统(Advanced User Management,AUM),根据使用权限不同,可将用户分成三个账户等级,每个用户账户可设置密码,方便用户信息的管理,并保护用户信息的安全;

14、一键式的开盖方式,只需单个手指就可打开盖子,操作方便。盖子打开后会自动弹开至90度并锁定,既方便样品取放,又不会因意外翻下来而烫伤或刮伤操作者,使用安全。热盖施压均匀,温度最高可达 110°C,有效防止样品蒸发。
