美国Bio-rad伯乐 Sub-Cell® GT Cell电泳槽（中型水平电泳槽）

仪器介绍
重新设计的 Sub-Cell GT 电泳槽提供了更新功能，可使电泳分离更加容易。在 Sub-Cell 系列产品中，Sub-Cell GT 电泳槽是最通用的浸没式水平电泳槽。由于 Sub-Cell GT 电泳槽可提供较好的凝胶长度、样本梳和分离模式选择，因此它非常适合 DNA 转印和 RNA 转印实验方案。在 25 cm 距离内最多可分解 30 个样本。使用四排电泳梳，电泳槽将最多运行 120 个分析样本。
所有 Sub-Cell GT 电泳槽都包括一个缓冲液槽、一个带电缆的安全盖、一个水准气泡和多个梳（15 孔和 20 孔）。还提供了包括其他附件的系统配置；有关更多详细信息，请参见“Sub-Cell GT 完整系统选择指南”。
功能

QuickSnap* 电极拆卸方便，简化了清洁工作

使用 Sub-Cell 系列电泳槽手工灌制时可以使用两种附件：凝胶制胶盘和浇注口。凝胶制胶盘具有可适应多种不同尺寸的凝胶托盘的灵活性。它们适用于整套 Sub-Cell 系统。按每个槽的特定尺寸提供的浇注口为直接在 Sub-Cell 槽中进行浇注带来了方便。
